I just got my first Xbox360. It was a used deal, Xbox360+120gig hdd+ controller+rockband and all controllers+ 2 games for $150.00 I figured that I could easily sell it for what I paid if I did not like it.
I spent a weekend playing around with it, loved rock band and the family fun, started to explore the online marketplace and discovered somethign that nintendo utterly fails at.
many of the games I can download and run a demo of. I can try that new game right now. nintendo's answer? here, watch this video of someone playing. yuck. the Xbox demos have led to me buying a game. NOTHING on the nintendo store has ever led me to buy a game. I have watched the countless videos, and looked at what they offer but I have not bought one game because I wont unless I can try it.
nintendo, your sales through the store are poor because you don't have any down loadable playable demos.
